Week 21: Basement flooring and front door

With most of the big deliveries in the house, we had John from A&J Windows install the front door so we could trim it out properly on the inside. Jampa began floor leveling applications in the basement.  We are doing our best working with the existing slab, but it's not easy finding a happy balance of "what is level" sometimes.

Week 20: Trim carpentry progress

Trim carpentry continues to progress and impress.  I like the black hinges and handles Sharon has chosen.  Now that the doors are hung, the upstairs is really taking shape.

Week 19: Trim carpentry starts

Jampa has finished the floors and 1 and 2 (basement still to come) and has completed the fireplace framing and begun the trim carpentry.  It was a big week inside at 36 Walford!

Week 18: Meanwhile, outside

While the floors continued inside, George was around to do the prefinished metal roof and some other details.  Landscaping  on the front (only) starts soon!

Week 17: Flooring... check!

Jampa officially took residence in the house... starting with floors, he will be in and out for the better part of  the next 8-9 weeks!
